3. Products & Descriptions

We strive to display our handcrafted wooden products as accurately as possible. However, please be aware of the following:

  • All items are artisan-made and crafted from natural wood materials. Slight variations in grain, color, and texture are inherent to the nature of natural wood and are not considered defects.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Your item may differ slightly in natural wood tone or grain pattern from what is shown.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error. You will be notified promptly and issued a full refund if payment was already processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • Flat Shipping Rate: $4.99 per order.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are approximate. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed carrier delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7. Order Cancellations
