However, due to the handcrafted and natural nature of our goods, slight variations in grain, color, and finish between individual pieces are expected and are characteristic of genuine artisan craftsmanship — not defects.

1.3 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. Sales tax, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

1.4 Order Confirmation

Upon successfully placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email constitutes acknowledgment of your order, not formal acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

A standard flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 USD applies to all orders shipped within the continental United States, unless a promotional offer specifying free or discounted shipping is active and clearly stated at checkout.

2.2 Processing Time

Because our products are handcrafted and artisan-made, orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or high-volume periods. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2.3 Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. These estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Crystalqevents Store is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

2.4 Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect address information. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, reshipment fees may apply.

3. Return & Refund Policy

3.1 Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
