Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Requests submitted after 30 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
Eligible Items
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition with all original packaging.
- Products that are damaged, assembled, or show signs of use cannot be returned.
- Personalized or custom-engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
- Items purchased during a clearance or final-sale promotion are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Request a Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days.
Ship the Item
Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to protect your return.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect the item (typically 3–5 business days), your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the return.
- Original shipping charges ($4.99) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective or incorrect)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging
