- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Please note: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether material on our site infringes your copyright, we recommend consulting an attorney before submitting a DMCA Notice.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party and may restore the removed material no sooner than ten (10) and no later than fourteen (14) business days after receipt, unless our Designated Agent receives notice that the original complainant has filed an action seeking a court order restraining the alleged infringer.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
