Processing Time
Because our products are artisan-made and individually inspected before shipment, please allow the following timeframes:
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Quality Inspection & Packaging: Completed before handoff to carrier
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

Packaging & Care in Transit
All handcrafted wooden pieces are packaged with protective materials to guard against moisture, impact, and shifting during transit. We take great pride in ensuring your artisan decor arrives in the same pristine condition it left our workshop.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Crystalqevents Store is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Include your order number and photographs of any damage
- We will work with you promptly to issue a replacement or resolve the matter to your satisfaction
