We keep shipping simple and affordable for our customers across the United States.

Standard Shipping United States (All States) $4.99
Flat rate, no surprises. A single flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies to all orders, regardless of quantity or order size.


Processing Time

Because our products are artisan-made and individually inspected before shipment, please allow the following timeframes:

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Quality Inspection & Packaging: Completed before handoff to carrier
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, typical delivery windows within the contiguous United States are:

Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons or due to weather and carrier volume.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

  • Tracking emails are sent to the address provided at checkout
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch
  • If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please contact us

Packaging & Care in Transit

All handcrafted wooden pieces are packaged with protective materials to guard against moisture, impact, and shifting during transit. We take great pride in ensuring your artisan decor arrives in the same pristine condition it left our workshop.

  • Items are individually wrapped and cushioned
  • Fragile labels applied where appropriate
  • Eco-conscious packaging materials used whenever possible

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Crystalqevents Store is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.


Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Include your order number and photographs of any damage
  • We will work with you promptly to issue a replacement or resolve the matter to your satisfaction
